Or so says Entrecard.  Well, I’m sure this won’t exactly count for a blog update, but hey, I’m busy doing some things.  There is a ton of great content on this site already.  Check it out.

In reality, I think the regular press is doing quite the job in showing a ton of BS every day.  With the government pretty much buying everything with your money and somehow still blaming us for it, I figured everyone needed a break.  I’ve taken one and have to say its been quite rewarding.

I stepped away from my idea to implement a user generated Bullshit awards site (shame after spending good money developing it).  Instead, I’ve got a couple over other properties in the making.  Stay tuned.

Desperate Men Are Bullshit!

Okay, I know its sometimes hard to get someone of the opposite sex to pay any attention to you.  You can go to the bars or post a profile on Match.com or ad on Craigslist.org and not get any action at all.  So, you decide to go down to the local brothel and pick up a sex slave?

I came across this item and was floored (Sex-Slave Advocates Upset Over Rash Of Nashville Incidents - WSMV).  Now come on, slavery is something you expect in third world countries, not Nashville.  I don’t doubt the story at all.  What has me freaked out is that men would actually go to these places.  Let’s face it, if there weren’t customers for this, there wouldn’t be a business.

Shame is the punishment is a slap on the wrist.  I think their sentence would be more fitting if they were also used seven times a day.  Can we get that worked into the sentencing guidelines?

When Is Using A Laptop A Crime?

When you’re told to turn your computer off on a plane, have you considered what would happen if you refused?  This Quantas passenger found out the hard way when he was arrested by a counter-terrorist unit when he refused to turn off his laptop.

Now, I’ve been really into a movie I’m watching, but what could be so important, or interesting that he wouldn’t do what he was told?  We may never know.  But I’m guessing we’ll see more of this when the airlines begin offering wireless.

I was filling up my truck the other day when I saw this sticker on a pole next to the pump.  Of course gas prices are high, but having dropped a bit from the high it doesn’t seem to hurt quite as bad.  But that is about the change…

It appears that Huricane Ike is going to make life a lot harder for the American worker as the MSNBC reports that gas prices are going to pop!  It seems counter intuitive that oil could be dropping but gas goes up.  But this isn’t a normal situation.  See, most of the refineries are on the Texas and Louisiana coasts.  If Ike damages them, supply of oil won’t be the problem, but making gasoline from that oil will be.

While We Were Away… WTF?

I took a few days to do something else, and I come back to reality and I’m wondering, how on Earth do we survive as a spieces?  OMG, we are so fucked!

A New Way To Teach The Birds And The Bees?

Okay, I know this goes way over most kids’ heads, but this is quite over the top.  I happened across these bath toys (Purchased for a visiting nephew because we don’t have little kids, and every little kid needs bath toys.  Heaven knows we don’t want him playing with whatever else may be available).

The bath toys allow the kid to squeeze the air out and they suck up water.  They can then be used as little squirt guns (out their mouth, butt, or one of their appendages).  That sounds like cool bath time fun.  But these toys also do things that I’m not sure bath toys (or any toy for that matter) should do.  They are able to connect to each other with holes (the same ones they squirt through) and nubs.  Not unlike how two adults might choose to connect.  See for yourself.

Don’t these little guys look like their having a grand time?

Kids are master imitators.  Just ask any parent.  This is way uncool if you ask me.

As if that weren’t bad enough, the faucet covering frog has something up his butt.  It doesn’t seem to bother him all that much either.
